Project Description
This new 2-story building was added to El Paso Community College’s Gateway Boulevard East campus to support the college’s growing needs. The structure features steel framing with metal studs, flexible and rigid pavements, and site work designed to integrate with the existing campus. LOI provided construction materials testing throughout the building and site construction phases.
