Montecillo is a large-scale, mixed-use land development in west El Paso featuring multiple residential communities across several acres of varied terrain. The project required careful attention to slope stability and coordination across multiple land uses. LOI provided geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing services throughout the development and continues to support ongoing work at the site.
