The TopGolf facility in El Paso, Texas required significant site preparation and structural work, including massive earthwork, earth-retaining walls, shallow and deep foundations with drilled piers, and both flexible and rigid pavements. LOI provided geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing services throughout the project, supporting the successful and timely completion of the facility.
