Project Description
Building 3 is a new consular building added to the existing U.S. Consulate campus in Cd. Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico, expanding the facility’s footprint to support growing operations. LOI provided construction materials testing services for the project, including characterization of aggregate properties for the base course material placed at the Building 3 parking lot.
