Environmental Services

Know what’s on your site before you break ground.

What Are Environmental Services?

Environmental services help property owners, developers, and agencies identify and manage environmental risks before, during, and after construction. This includes assessing a site for contamination before a transaction, monitoring air quality during demolition, and making sure your project stays in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Why It Matters

A property with unidentified contamination can delay a closing, derail financing, or leave an owner liable for cleanup they didn’t cause. Asbestos or lead-based paint discovered mid-construction can shut a project down. A missing stormwater plan can result in fines and stop-work orders. Environmental due diligence done early protects your investment, keeps your project on schedule, and satisfies the requirements that agencies and lenders expect to see.
